The minimum withdrawal amount typically starts at ৳500, though this may vary slightly depending on the payment method. The daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account level and KYC verification status — standard accounts can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day, while verified VIP members may be eligible for higher limits. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. During peak periods, it may take a little longer. For the latest limit information on the payment page always kept up to date.
Bonus
A wagering requirement tells you how many times you need to bet with your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings from it. Here's an example to make it clear: say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 200% bonus of ৳2,000. If the wagering requirement is 20x, you need to place a total of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing your bonus winnings. Every bet you place counts toward that total — whether you win or lose. Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Typically, slots contribute 100%, Live Casino games contribute 10%–20%, and Sports Betting counts toward wagering only when specific odds requirements are met. For the wagering rate and validity period of a specific bonus on the Promotions page The terms are listed alongside each offer — take a moment to read them before claiming.
